Greenxchange will replace without charge any of its purchased Industrial Rated lamps that fail according to the following schedule of months of proper use.

FLUORESCENT LAMPS – 3 years  36 months

TWISTEES-CFL                    1 year

RECESSED PAR LAMPS      2 yrs

Greenxchange is not responsible for any other warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied, on other products it distributes except through a manufacturer that may provide such, if any.

Greenxchange reserves the right to inspect the lamps being replaces to insure future quality.

Greenxchange shall not be held liable for enforcement of any of the above replacement warranty if payment by purchaser is not made according to invoice terms or if it is deemed by Greenxchange that lamps failed because of improper use or other conditions that directly affect the lamps’ normal performance.
